Greeting from Jacksonville, Florida! We are continuing to monitor the path of Hurrican Irma and the impact it will have on the Jacksonville area. The official and most current, projections can be found at the National Hurricane Center’s website. As of 8:00 AM EST, the storm is projected to impact our area beginning on Sunday night and lasting through Monday.
Today, Friday, September 8, 2017, our office is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Our full staff is here processing and shipping orders! However, our Live Support (phone lines) has been disabled to allow our team to focus on prioritizing all existing customer requests and orders.
Our office will be CLOSED on Monday, September 11, to ensure the safety of our team and their families. State and local officials began announcing voluntary evacuations yesterday. We anticipate those will become mandatory as the day progresses. This is a serious hurricane with sustained winds exceeding 110 MPH! We’ll continue to monitor the situation to ensure the safety of our team members and will post updates as we get them.
Presently, our office is scheduled to resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 12, barring any flooding or power outages.
We’ll post updated as we get them! Please “comment” if you have any questions or concerns!
